Insurance:
Most conventional insurance companies do not cover massage therapy unless it is performed by a licensed physical therapist. We are able to give receipts for Health Spending Accounts and tax purposes.

When massage therapy is provided as prescribed by a referring physician rates charged will be in accordance with the fee guidelines as established by the Texas Workforce Commission. Our office policy is that ALL accident related therapy services will be handled as insurance claims. The client will be asked to fill out an Assignment of Benefit form at the first appointment, even if there is a third party at fault. All PIP claims will be pre-authorized. Clients will need to provide Insurance Company information and claim numbers before the first accident related appointment. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

We require 24-hour notice of cancellations, no matter what time of day or night. Please call us at 331-5922. A client's first no show or late cancellation charge is $45.00. Any subsequent occurrence will be full price. (Grace can be extended at the discretion of the therapist.)

Outcalls Available: Massage appointment at your location.

Table Massage -— Client will be charged for a minimum of one hour, plus an additional outcall fee of $25.00. (ie. 1 hour = $105.00) An additional outcall fee will be added if your location is outside our travel zone.
Chair Massage -— $95.00 hour (or $1.59 a minute) for chair massage at your location. (Minimum of one hour). We will provide sign-up forms in advance to maximize the amount of people receiving massages. At your request, sessions may vary from 5 minutes to 30 minutes per person. An additional outcall fee may be added if your location is outside our travel zone.

Gift Certificates Available:
Personalized gift certificates are available for all occasions! They are nonrefundable yet they are transferable. We do honor gift certificates even after they have exceeded their "implied" expiration date of 90 days.
